Do you provide samples?
Yes, we offer samples free of charge; however, the freight cost is the responsibility of the customer.
What materials are used for your profiles?
We primarily use high-quality aluminum alloys 6063 and 6061, with 99.7% aluminum ingots as raw material.
Can you manufacture profiles based on custom designs?
Absolutely. If our standard profiles do not meet your needs, we can extrude according to your technical drawings or provided samples.
What surface treatments are available?
We offer multiple choices including silvery white anodizing, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, PVDF coating, and wooden texture coating.
What is the typical lead time for delivery?
Samples usually take two weeks after receiving the mold fee. Bulk production delivery is approximately 25 days after the deposit is received.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our facility has a production capacity of approximately 5000MT per month to ensure stable supply for large orders.
