What is the delivery time for orders?
For orders less than 300 sets, the delivery time is approximately 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming production drawings. For larger orders over 300 sets, the delivery time ranges from 45-60 days.
Can you provide customized furniture solutions?
Yes, we specialize in customized furniture based on interior designs, drawings, and sizes provided by clients. Materials, fabrics, and colors can all be adjusted to meet your specific requests.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Basically, the MOQ is 20 sets. However, for specific projects, we can start from 1 set. Larger quantities typically allow for more competitive pricing.
What are the available payment terms?
We accept two main payment terms: 1) L/C at sight, and 2) T/T with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We have a strict quality management process. We produce a sample piece for approval before bulk production. Each production step is monitored by QC, and a final 100% inspection is conducted before packaging.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Each order is followed by dedicated staff who provide weekly working reports, ensuring you are updated on every stage of the production process.
