Q3. What is the delivery time?
- Retail orders: 15 to 30 days after drawing confirmation and deposit.
- Wholesale orders: 30 to 60 days after drawing confirmation and deposit.
Q4. How is your Quality Control?
Our QC team monitors the entire production process. We provide color samples before starting and perform a final check on every panel and hardware component before packing using standard export materials (PE foam + cardboard box + wood crate).
Q5. What is your After-sale service?
We track all shipments and provide replacements for any damage or shortage occurring during shipping or installation. Installation instructions are provided, and all products come with a 5-year guarantee.
